Baked Salmon With Mango Salsa Recipe

Baked Salmon is the recipe of today, IF you like Salmon This recipe is your friend so easy to make and so flavorful.

Servings for: 2-4 Prep Time: 30 Minutes

INGREDIENTS:-

For the sauce:-

1/3 cup soy sauce

1 tablespoons brown sugar

1/3 cup water

2-3 garlic crushed

Tablespoons ginger crushed

Whisk all the ingredients together and set aside.

For the salmon:-

1 pound salmon

black pepper 1 tablespoons

onion powder 1 tablespoons

garlic powder 1 tablespoons

1/2 lemon juice

Season the salmon with the ingredients above and set aside.

For the mango salsa:-

1 avocado

red bell pepper 1

small red onion 1

tomato 1

1/2 cup cilantro

1/2 cup lemon juice

1 mango 🥭

Cut all the ingredients above for a medium-size bites.

DIRECTIONS:-

Step 1:-

Preheat the oven on 350 degrees.

Step 2:-

In a pot add the sauce ingredients together and let it cook for about 2-3 minutes.

Step 3:-

In a baking dish place the fish add 1/2 of the sauce then transfer to the oven for about 10 minutes then Add the other 1/2 of the sauce and some of the mango salsa and let it cook for about 5 more minutes.

Step 4:-

Transfer the salmon to your plate add some more of the mango salsa and ENJOY.
