Who doesn’t like burgers! it’s my favorite fast food, I like to use ground beef between 15-20% fat for my burgers to keep them rich, tender, and juicy, There are so many ways to make the burger but I found this recipe so delicious and easy, without eggs or breadcrumbs. How to Make a Homemade Beef Burger?
You only need few ingredients for this delicious home made burgers.
Servings For : 2-4 People Prep Time : 15 Minutes
- 1 lbs ground beef
- salt 1 tablespoons
- 1 tablespoons black pepper
- 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1/2 tablespoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- Hamburger buns
- Tomato sliced
- American Cheese
- Onion chopped
- Mushroom slices
In a large bowl combine ground beef, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder together.
Gently form mixture into 4-5 patties.
Heat grill or skillet on high heat.
Add 1/2 tablespoons butter to skillet then add the chopped onion and mushroom to the skillet then add some salt and black pepper, add 1 teaspoon soy sauce then cook for 5 minutes, remove from heat, and set aside.
To the same skillet add your patties and press down to make it thin patties, after 5 minutes flip the burger on the other side then add your American cheese to the top cover the patties with a lid until the cheese melt.
At the same time brush the burger buns with butter and place them on the hot skillet or the grill for 1 minute.
Now make your delicious burger place the burger on the buns add the mushroom onion mixture, then add a slice of Tomato, lettuce some pickles if you like, and finally the ketchup. For the low carb and people on diet, you can make the burger on lettuce instead of burger buns.
Can I freeze the burger?
Of course yes! The uncooked burgers can be frozen for up to three months. (Freeze the burgers on a baking sheet or plate so their shape sets, then transfer them to a sealable plastic bag for easy storage.) Defrost the burgers overnight in the refrigerator prior to serving and then cook as directed.
