Which Shawarma you prefer ?!
Servings for: 2-4 Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Beef You can use flank steak, strip steak, ribeye or any other cut of steak you like
4 tablespoons Tahini sauce
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1/2 cup lemon juice
salt 1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon All Spice
1 tablespoons black pepper
cumin 1 teaspoon
½ teaspoon cardamom
cinnamon ½ teaspoon
oregano ½ teaspoon
paprika ½ teaspoon
1 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoons onion powder •
1/2 plain yogurt •
(pita bread or flat bread your choice)

Cut the beef to strips not to small.
Marinate the beef shawarma with olive oil, white vinegar, lemon juice, fresh garlic, with 2 tablespoons tahini sauce, and the spice combination.
Leave the beef in the fridge to marinade for 1 hour.
Meanwhile Slices 1 large onion 1 tomato 2-3 pickles for the topping.
Let’s cook the beef shawarma, transfer it to a large pot or pan, cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through. You’ll notice that the meat will look very tender.
Then get your bread ready add some tahini sauce then your beef shawarma top the sandwich with some slices onion tomato and pickles.
