The best classic Chicken Salad recipe is flavorful with simple ingredients, Chicken salad is one of those recipes where you think everyone should know how to make it but when it comes to it there are a lot of different ways it can go. My goal in creating this recipe was to keep it easy with the basic ingredients I had on hand and add some other ingredients that make it my new Version.

Let’s Make this colorful, healthful salad with whatever you have available – the recipe is only a guide. Use other vegetables in addition to or in place of the ones listed. Use leftover chicken.

Servings For : 2 – 4 People Prep Time : 30 Minutes


Chicken salad INGREDIENTS

For the chicken:-

2 small chicken breast.

1 tablespoons salt .

1 tablespoons black pepper.

1/2 tablespoons paprika.

For the Salad :-


Red onion.

Green or red apple.

Dry Cranberry.



For the Dressing:-

Olive oil.

Balsamic vinegar.

1/2 lemon juice.

2 tablespoons honey.

Salt, pepper.


Step 1 :-

First we going to make the chicken, in a pan on medium heat add 2 tablespoons olive oil then add the chicken breast season with salt pepper paprika then let it cook for about 5 minutes on each side.

Step 2 :-

Transfer the chicken breast to a baking dish and let it cook in a preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes.

Step 3 :-

Meanwhile:- add the chopped lettuce to a serving bowl then add the chopped onion avocado and apples sit aside.

At this time tell the chicken ready make the dressing :-

Add the balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, and lemon juice salt, and pepper and set aside.

Step 4 :-

When the chicken ready and cooked place them on a cutting board and let them rest for 5 minutes then chopped to a bite-size slice.

Add the chicken to the bowl then top it with cheese dry cranberries and some nuts then the dressing that you made earlier.
