We made Shrimp stir fry before and today we will make chicken stir fry, Follow instruction and enjoy.
Servings for: 4-6 Prep Time: 20 Minutes
4 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut to slices or cubes
2 cloves of garlic
½ teaspoon fresh ginger finely
chopped or grated
1 can young corn
1 can straw mushrooms
red pepper 1
green pepper 1
1 cup broccoli For the sauce:-
For the sauce Sauce:-
½ cup chicken broth or water
1 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoon hoisin sauce
esame oil 1 teaspoon s
chili sauce 1 teaspoon
cornstarch 1 tablespoon
Whisk together sauce ingredients and set aside
Heat 2 teaspoons oil over medium heat in a wok or frying pan. Add chicken salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken fully cooked about 5 minutes. Then remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
Heat the other 2 teaspoons vegetable oil over medium high heat. Add the vegetables and cook for about 3-4 minutes. Add the garlic and ginger and cook 30 seconds more.
Add the chickens back to the pan with the sauce and cook for about 2-3 minutes or until sauce has thickened. ◦ Serve with white rice or noddle’s.
