Easy Chicken Vegetables Soup recipe is my all-time favorite winter soup, made with simple ingredients perfect for Ramadan and for the cold season! This chicken vegetable soup is my family’s favorite soup, it so delicious healthy, and easy to make. This healthy chicken vegetables soup is the best everything you need in a bowl.

What is in the chicken vegetable soup recipe?

There are simple ingredients in this soup, and the whole process is just basically throwing everything in a pot. It’s made with onions, carrots, green beans, peas, zucchini, and chicken breast.

You can make the same recipe with roasted chicken or any leftover chicken you have.

Also you can add any noddle’s you like, or 1/2 cup rice, or orzo.

You can use chicken broth or use water.

CHICKEN VEGETABLE SOUP INGREDIENTS:-

  • 1 boneless chicken breast
  • 2 cups peas
  • 2 cups green beans
  • 1 cup carrots chopped
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 peeled potato cut to small size
  • 2 zucchini cut to medium size
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoons ground cardamon
  • 1/4 tablespoons ginger powder
  • 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 5 cups water or chicken broth 2 chicken bouillon 2 tablespoons oil

DIRECTIONS:-

Step 1:-

Cut your chicken breast to a bite-size cube, then chopped all vegetables and set aside.

In a large pot add 2 tablespoons of oil then add the chopped onion, let it cook for 2-3 minutes then add the chicken cubes, stir together then add 1 tablespoon black pepper, ginger, and ground cardamon, cook for 5 minutes.

Ramadan Soup Recipe

After 5 minutes add your vegetables potatoes and carrots first because takes more time. Then add green beans, peas. Give it a mix all together then add the 2 chicken bouillon.

Step 4:-

How to make Chicken vegetables soup

Add 5 cups of water to the pot. add some salt if needed, cover the pot and let it cook on low heat for 20minutes.

Step 5:-

After 20 minutes add your zucchini and cover the pot again, let it cook for another 10-15 minutes. You can make this soup ahead of time but don’t add any noodles into it.

Now, this step is optional if you want to add any noodles add them now, cook until the noodles ready. Enjoy!
