Servings For : 2 – 4 People Prep Time : 10 Minutes
1 or 2 cans chick peas
1 small red or white onion
1-2 sticks of raw asparagus
1 large tomato
1 large cucumber
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
mini size mozzarella or 1/2 cup Feta cheese
salt 1/2 teaspoons
pepper 1/2 teaspoons
1/2 teaspoons oregano
Empty the chick peas can from the water then add the chick peas to a mixing bowl.
Chopped all your vegetables and add them to the bowl.
Add the cheese and season with salt black pepper and the oregano.
Add the lemon juice and the olive oil to the mixture and it’s ready to serve. ENJOY.
