Cinnabon Roll Quick Home Made Recipe

Servings for: 4-6 Prep Time: 1.5 Hours

INGREDIENTS:-

Let’s start with the dough we going to need:-

3 cups flour

1 cups warm milk

1 egg

2 tablespoons sugar

1 1/2 tablespoons yeast

1/4 cup oil

2 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon salt

The filling ingredients :-

6 Tablespoons unsalted butter softened, plus more to for grease pan

1/4 cup granulated sugar

2 Tablespoons Cinnabon

For the icing:-

cream cheese , butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla.

DIRECTIONS:-

Step 1:-

In a large bowl or your stand mixer add the sugar and yeast with 1 cups of milk mix it together, then add the flour egg salt and oil, combine the cover and rise 30 min in a warm Place. Meanwhile mix the sugar and Cinnabon together.

Step 2:-

Roll the dough into a rectangle and spread with softened butter.

Step 3 :-

Sprinkle on cinnamon-sugar and roll tightly into a log

Step 4:-

Cut into 12 pieces, transfer to a buttered casserole, cover, and proof 20-30 min in a warm place.

Step 5:-

Brush tops with melted butter and bake.

Step 6:-

Make the icing and spread it onto warm rolls.
