They’re such a yummy sweet treat, and perfect for when you’re craving something sweet. They only take about 1 hour from start to finish, and then you’re ready to dig right in. MY KIDS loves Auntie Anne cinnamon sugar bites, and this recipe just likes it.
How to make Easy and Quick Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Bites?!

Servings For : 4-6 People Prep Time : 40 Minutes
For the dough:-
3 1/2 cups flour
1 1/4 cups warm water
1 tablespoons yeast
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar + 5 tablespoons cinnamon for topping 5 tablespoons butter to brush the bits after you baked them.
Water +1/4 cup baking soda.
In a bowl mix your 1 1/4 cups of warm water with 1 tablespoons yeast and 1/4 cup brown sugar. Mix it together and set aside for 10 minutes.
In your stand mixer add the 3 1/2 cups flour then add the yeast mixture and mix all together for 10 minutes, add your dough to an oiled bowl, then cover and let it sit for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile mix together sugar and 5 tablespoons cinnamon.
Add some flour to a flat surface, then take the dough out of the bowl and place it on top of the flat surface, tap on the dough and push it gently down, then cut the dough into strips then cut the strips into bites. Cover again and let it sit for another 5 minutes.
Boil some water with 1/4 cup baking soda. Add the little bites and flip them on both sides for 30 seconds.
In a baking sheet add your bites.
Bake them in preheated oven 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
Brush the dough with melted butter then add the dough into the sugar cinnamon mixture. Enjoy.
These cinnamon bites are best eaten warm and fresh, but if you’re going to eat some the next day zap them in the microwave for about 10 seconds to warm them up again, and they’ll be almost as good as new!
