This recipe of date energy balls so easy delicious and super quick, I will be using dates and spices, no sugar added because the dates add a good amount of sweetness and help hold the balls together.
If you don’t have a base date You can buy whole dates or pitted dates. If you buy whole dates, you’ll need to remove the pit yourself.

I personally think energy balls are a healthy snack option, but it’s important to remember that it’s a calorie-dense food so a small amount packs a good amount of nutrients. One ball can have up to 100 calories.

What Type of Dates to Use for Energy Balls?
Medjool dates are recommended for this recipe as its taste and Almost caramel, For me I’m using these Dates.

How to make Homemade Date Energy Balls?
1/2 cup melted butter
1 date base
1 bag plain cookie or a any flavor cookie pinch of salt
1/2 tablespoons cardamom powder
1 tablespoons cinnamon powder
Pistachio Shredded Coconut Sesame seeds.
In your food processor add the plain cookie, or any flavor you would like to use( like Oreo, lotus biscoff) blend the cookies until you have crumbs.
Now in a large bowl add your date then add the cinnamon, pinch salt, and cardamom powder.
Add the melted butter on top of all the mixture give it a good mix. Then let it sit aside for 5 minutes.
Shape your mixture into a small size ball, then dip the balls in your flavors. I’m using sesame seeds, and pistachio, and cocoa powder to give it a strong taste.
