Dynamite shrimp is a appetizer delicious Japanese food. Since it appeared on PF Chang’s menu, it became one of my favorite appetizer Dynamite shrimp it’s fun and easy to make with the quick homemade shrimp dynamite sauce that is flavorful and spicy!!
Today I will make delicious homemade shrimp dynamite , So arrange the ingredients and start following my directions.

Servings for: 4-6 People Prep Time: 30 Minutes
For the sauce:-
1/2 Cup Mayo
1/3 Cup Sweet Chili Sauce
Sriracha 2 Tablespoons
Buffalo sauce 2 tablespoons
Honey 1 tablespoons
French sauce 2 tablespoons
For The Shrimp:-
1 Egg (whisked)
Cup milk 1
Soy Sauce 1 Teaspoon
2/3 Cup flour
1 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
1/2 lb. Shrimp (Peeled)
1 Scallion (for garnish)
Step 1 :-
Make the sauce • In a bowl, using a whisk mix mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, French sauce and honey together until well blended.
Wash and dry the shrimp really good. (We going to need 2 bowls)
1:- Add egg and milk to the large bowl and whisk slightly. Then Add soy sauce.
2:- Spread flour cornstarch salt and pepper in the second bowl.
Add the shrimp to the mixing bowl with the egg. Mix shrimps with an egg well.
Add shrimps covered in egg one by one to the plate with flour, making sure to coat each shrimp with flour.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the shrimps on medium heat, about 1 minute per side. For a total of 2 minutes.
Toss the fried shrimps into the bowl with sauce and mix with a spoon. Finally:- Transfer the shrimp into cocktail glass.
