flanks stakes 1 1/2 pound
1 large white or red onion
green pepper 1
red pepper 1
1/4 cup Olive oil
1 teaspoon Sat and 1 teaspoon pepper
4 tablespoons fajitas seasoning
chili powder 1 teaspoon
salt 1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon paprika
onion powder 1 teaspoon
garlic powder 1 teaspoon
1 ground cumin
1/4 cayenne pepper
start by cutting your steak to a Long strips.
season your steak with all the dry ingredients. *Let your steak sit in the fridge for 10 minutes. Meanwhile cut your green pepper and red pepper and onion to slices.
heat the oil in a skillet on the stovetop over medium heat, then add your steak tell they get tender, then remove the steak from the pan and let it sit a side.
in the same pan add your vegetable and let it cook. When your vegetables cooked add your steak back to your pan to take more flavors.
serve your steak fajita on top white rice or tortilla bread.
