Easy Sheet Pan Chicken Fajita Recipe

Fajita is a dish of Mexican origin consisting of strips of spiced beef or chicken, chopped vegetables, wrapped in a soft tortilla and often served with sour cream. Fajita recipe is so quick to make, on a lazy day or Friday night with friends.

Servings for: 4 – 6 Prep Time: 15 Minutes

INGREDIENTS:-

1-2 boneless skinless chicken breast. Cut to slices.

1 onion strips

green pepper strips 1

red pepper strips 1

2-3 covers garlic chopped

1/3 cup fresh cilantro

1/4 cup Oil

salt 2 teaspoon

black pepper 2 teaspoon

onion powder 2 teaspoon

2 teaspoon garlic powder

chili powder 2 teaspoon

1/2 teaspoons cumin

2 teaspoon smoked paprika

3 tablespoons squeezed lemon

6 (flour or corn tortillas, warmed)

DIRECTIONS:-

Step 1:-

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray.

Step 2:-

In a small bowl mix all the dry ingredients to make the seasoning.

Step 3:-

Place chicken, bell peppers, onion and garlic in a single layer onto the baking sheet. Stir in olive oil and seasoning mixture; gently toss to combine.

Step 4:-

Place into oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until the chicken is completely cooked through.
