FATTOUSH SALAD INGREDIENTS:-
- 2 pieces of pita bread
- 1 head of romaine lettuce
- 2 large tomato
- 2 cucumber
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 2 green onion Mint leaves Parsley leaves
For the dressing:-
2 Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoons salt or to taste 1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
- 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 cloves fresh garlic
- 1 teaspoon sumac

FATTOUSH SALAD DIRECTIONS:-
Slice or cut your pita bread, add oil to a pan then Fry the pita for 5minutes until the pieces are crispy and golden in color. , or you can bake the pita bread at 425F° for 5-10 minutes.) Set the fried bread aside.
In a medium bowl, add the salad dressing ingredients: olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, sumac, balsamic vinegar, pomegranate molasses, mint, salt, and fresh garlic. Whisk together until the dressing is well blended.
Wash and dry your vegetables on a paper towel, then chop your vegetables the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, green, red, and yellow peppers, green onions, and parsley to the large bowl and toss to combine.
When you want to serve it add the Dressing on top of the chopped vegetables, then add your fried pita on top, then gently toss again.

- Use the freshest ingredients possible for the best salad.
- Add the dressing just before serving so that the pita doesn’t get soggy.
