Fried Rice is a combination of short grained rice, mixture of warm peas, carrots and onions with scrambled eggs mixed all together! This A quick fried rice like you get at your favorite Chinese restaurant. A couple of ingredients 1 egg , baby carrots, peas and soy sauce is all you need.

For best result use Cold rice or day old rice. This helps to prevent and keep the rice from sticking together and getting mushy. It does not have to be cold, but it is best to have day old rice instead of fresh rice.
If you are using uncooked rice for a fried rice recipe, the rice should be rinsed and soaked before cooking. If you have a leftover rice and you don’t know what to do with it, Fried Rice is great for idea for leftovers rice .
1 cup cooked white rice
1/2 cup carrots and beans.
salt 1/2 teaspoons
black pepper 1/2 teaspoons
1/2 teaspoons Ginger paste
2-3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons oil
Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over high add the garlic ginger and green onion let it cook for about 1 minutes .
Add the carrots and beans stir it and let it cook for about five minutes.
Slide the onion, peas and carrots to side, and pour the beaten eggs onto the other side. Using a spatula, scramble the egg and let it cook once cooked mix all the ingredients together and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Add the cooked rice to the mixture and stir all together for 5 minutes Pour the soy sauce on top. Stir and fry the rice and veggie mixture until heated through and combined.
