uncooked shrimp 1 pound
calamari 1 pound
Cup flour 1
1 cup Kikkoman Panko Bread Crumbs(or make your won by using plane corn flakes crumbs)
* The dry ingredients *
salt 1 tablespoons
pepper 1 tablespoons
paprika 1 tablespoons
cumin 1 tablespoons
garlic powder 1 tablespoons
onion powder 1 tablespoons
Oil for frying
Combine all the dry ingredients together
You need 3 bowls 1 .for the flour 2 .for the beaten eggs 3 .for the Panko bread • Add the shrimp and the calamari to the dry ingredients.
Dredge shrimps and calamari in flour ,shake off excess.
Dip shrimps into eggs.
Add the shrimp into Panko turn shrimp over and press into Panko again to coat both sides.
Finally Pour enough oil into heavy large pot to reach depth of 2 inches; heat to 350 degrees F. add shrimps to hot oil;
deep-fry until cooked through, about 1 minute. Then add the calamari.
