Grilled tilapia with Sahar (20 Minutes recipe)

Its very important to eat fish one time weekly at least, Fishes are filled with Phosphorus, Omega 3 and Vitamins.

Tilapia is a famous fish in China and Egypt, Down my recipe of Tilapia fish.

Servings for: 2-4 Prep Time: 20 Minutes

INGREDIENTS:-

1 Whole tilapia fish or (tilapia fillet)
salt 1 tablespoons
cumin 1 tablespoons
garlic powder 1 tablespoons
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
jalapeño 1
1 red chili pepper
1 lemon
1/3 oil
1/2 cup parsley

DIRECTIONS:-


** Make sure your fish is very dry and clean **

Step 1:-

With the sharp knife make marks into the fish on both sides.

Step 2:-

Season the fish with the salt pepper Cuman ,garlic powder and lemon juice

Step 3:-

In the food processor add the onion garlic,Chili pepper, jalapeño parsley and oil then mix it together.

Step 4:-

Add all the mix to the fish and let it marinade for 10 minutes get some of the sauce in side the fish too.

Step 5:-

Preheat the oven on high heat, then transfer your fish to a baking sheet. Place some vegetables under the fish if you like. then bake it about 10-15 minutes.

Notes:-

You can grill the fish on outdoor grill.
you can serve it with rice or salad.
