How To Make Grilled Lamb Chops

With Valentine’s Day on the corner this recipe is perfect to treat your love ones This lamp chops recipe is my favorite recipe, Since this recipe is ready so quickly, I like to serve it with a side dish (mashed potato, rice, baked potato or some vegetable on the side) you can also cook the lamp in a different ways, you can grill the lamp On the outdoor grill, or you can use a pan to fry them.

Servings for: 2-4 Prep Time: 30 Minutes

INGREDIENTS :-

2 large garlic cloves, crushed

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves

1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves

Pinch cayenne pepper

salt 2 tablespoons

black pepper 2 tablespoons

2 tablespoons paprika

1 tablespoons garlic powder

1 tablespoons onion powder

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

6 lamb chops, about 3/4-inch thick

DIRECTIONS:-

Step 1:-

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Rub the mixture over each side of each

Step 2:-

Place on plate, Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

Step 3:-

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in heavy large skillet over medium heat. Add 6 chops to skillet; cook about 3 minutes per side for medium-rare. Transfer to platter; cover with foil.

• If u have more the 6 chop Repeat with remaining oil and chops.
