INGREDIENTS:-

  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons grated cheese, any kind
  • 3 Mushroom
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 tablespoons jalapeño

Directions:-

Step 1:-

Beat the eggs with salt and pepper : Use two or three eggs per omelette, depending on how hungry you are. Beat the eggs lightly with a fork.sit aside.

Chop the onion and mushroom and jalapeño then add 1 tablespoons of butter to a pan then add the chopped vegetables cook for about 3 minutes.
