How To Make Shrimp Stir Fry Dish

Shrimp Stir Fry is a Chinese food that quick and healthy meal, Loads of ginger and garlic, fresh vegetables. Prep your veggies ahead of time for a quick meal, you serve the shrimp stir fry over a bowl of rice or noddle’s.

Nearly every stir fry recipe can be changed based on what you have on hand.

Servings for: 4-6 Prep Time: 20 Minutes

INGREDIENTS:-

4 teaspoons vegetable oil

¾ pound shrimp peeled & deveined

2 cloves of garlic

½ teaspoon fresh ginger finely chopped or grated

1 can young corn

1 can straw mushrooms

red pepper 1

green pepper 1

onion 1

cup broccoli 1

green onion and sesame seeds for garnish optional

For the sauce Sauce:-

½ cup chicken broth or water

1 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoon hoisin sauce

sesame oil 1 teaspoon

chili sauce 1 teaspoon

cornstarch 1 tablespoon

DIRECTIONS:-

Step 1:-

Whisk together sauce ingredients and set aside.

Step 2:-

Heat 2 teaspoons oil over medium heat in a wok or frying pan. Add shrimp, salt and pepper. Cook until the shrimp pink about 2-3 minutes. Then remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.

Step 3:-

Heat the other 2 teaspoons vegetable oil over medium high heat. Add the vegetables and cook for about 3-4 minutes. Add the garlic and ginger and cook 30 seconds more.

Step 4:-

Add the shrimp back to the pan with the sauce and cook for about 2-3 minutes or until sauce has thickened. Serve with white rice or noddle’s.
