Servings for: 6 Prep Time: 30 Minutes
1 cook canned of chickpeas
salt 1 tablespoons
olive oil 1 tablespoons
1-2 fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoons cumin
1-2 tablespoons tahini sauce
2-4 teaspoons ice cold water
Place the chickpeas in a medium saucepan bring the mixture to a boil over high heat. Save the water on the side.
Add the chickpeas to the food processor mix until smooth, then combine the lemon juice, garlic and salt. until the garlic is very finely chopped. Add the cumin, tahini and the oil. You can use some of the water from the Can to make it more smooth. Add water slowly. drizzle in 2 tablespoons ice water and blend until the mixture is ultra smooth. ENJOY
If u like it spicy you can add 1/2 jalapeños to the food processor.
