Pizza is the famous food in ITALY, Today I will share with you how to make Italian Pizza step by step and note that you can add whatever topping you would like on your pizza.
Servings for: 3 Prep Time: 2 Hour
For the dough
3 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 cup of olive oil
salt 1 tablespoons
sugar 1 tablespoons
1 1/3 cups of water
2 and 1/4 teaspoons yeast (1 standard packet)
2-3.cups mozzarella cheese
For the sauce
You can use pizza sauce from the store, or make your own by using simple ingredients (Sliced tomato jalapeño diced onion and garlic salt ,pepper and Italian seasoning) in a pan cook all the ingredients together with 1 tablespoons olive oil.

Place the warm water in the large bowl or heavy duty stand mixer. Sprinkle the yeast over the warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes until the yeast is dissolved.
Add the flour, salt, sugar, and olive oil, mix for a minute. Then add the water slowly( The dough should be a little sticky, or tacky to the touch. If it’s too wet, sprinkle in a little more flour, and if it’s dry add more Water)
Let the dough rise: Spread a thin layer of olive oil over the inside of a large bowl. Place the pizza dough in the bowl and Cover the dough with plastic wrap. (Leave it in the warm place) and let it rise for 1 hours.
Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) for at least 15 minutes , Divide your pizza to small balls, Flatten dough ball, and stretch out into a round, then in a (flat baking sheet) Transfer your pizza, then add your tomato sauce on the top of the dough and add your favorite topping.
Bake your pizza until the crust is browned and the cheese is golden, about 10-15 minutes.
Feta cheese, crumbled

Chopped fresh basil
