In this recipe I did use (Kung pao sauce) from Panda Express American Chinese cuisine.
Kung Pao shrimp is a sweet and spicy combination of fresh, crisp, sautéed veggies with shrimp.
Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat, then add the chili let it cook for 1 minute.
Add the onion and cook for 2-3 minutes or until just softened. Add the green pepper and the zucchini and cook for 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds.
Add the shrimp to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until shrimp are pink Add peanuts to the pan.
let’s make the sauce (Whisk together all of the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.)
Add the sauce to the shrimp mixture and bring to a boil, cook for 1 minute or until sauce is just thickened. Serve immediately.
This recipe turned to be a great meal it was so good just like the one you get from Panda Express. They only have chicken in their restaurant. But today I made it with shrimp.
