- 2 salmon fillets (skin on or off)
- Black pepper
- Garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lemon juice
- For the lemon dill sauce (makes about ¾ cup)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon water or more
