Butter Lemon Lobster Tail
Servings For : 2 People Prep Time : 30 Minutes

You can double the recipe if you like to eat more than 1 lobster tail.

INGREDIENTS:-

2 lobster tails

1/2 cup high-quality butter

sea salt, to taste

sprinkle of smoked paprika

ground black pepper

1 tablespoons chopped parsley

1 lemon

7-8 Scallops

DIRECTIONS:-

Step 1:-

Prepare the scallop. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Place thawed, not frozen, lobster tails into the boiling water and set a timer for 5 minutes, Remove the tails from water and place into a bowl of ice water immediately.

Step 2:-

Once the tails have cooled down enough to handle, peel them using the help of a towel. Place lobsters facing down into the palm of your hand and give the shell a few gentle squeezes to crack the shell. Use kitchen shears to split the shell in half on the underside. Peel the shell gently away from the meat.

How to make Lobster tail

Step 3:-

Melt the butter of poaching a small sauce pot just big enough to accommodate the tails. Season the butter with salt, pepper, smoked paprika and parsley. Once the butter comes up to a simmer, add all the tails in and poach in the butter for about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, rotating the tails frequently. Serve the tails immediately over a bed of risotto or mashed potatoes or even pasta a few tablespoons of butter over the top. Add a squeeze of lemon juice right before enjoying.

For the scallops :-

Add some flour on top of the scallops before you add it to the butter then add the crushed garlic let it cook for about 5 minutes then flip it to the other side for another 5 minutes, squeeze 1 lemon add some salt pepper and paprika to taste.

For The asparagus

Add them on top on the garlic butter sauce add some salt and lemon juice let it cook for about 5 minutes if u like it not fully cooked.
