This mint lemonade it’s the perfect drink for RAMADAN! Always on the table with IFTAR. Mint lemonade and strawberry lemonade # 1 in the restaurant, it’s so easy quick, and delicious.
How to make Mint Lemonade in home?
Servings For : 2 People Prep Time : 5 Minutes
MINT LEMONADE INGREDIENTS:-
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 bottle water about 3 cups water.
- 2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 3 1/2 cups ice
- 1 can soda water, or 7 up
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1-2 tablespoons country time lemonade powder.
In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and sugar. Heat over medium, whisking constantly, till the sugar dissolves. Let the water cool to room temperature, You can skip this step and add the water and sugar to the blender.
In a blender, combine the sugar water, fresh lemon juice, ice, fresh mint leaves, and 3 cups of water, then add 1-2 tablespoons country time lemonade.
Pulse for a few seconds, then blend for 1 minute till the ice is thoroughly crushed and the drink takes on the texture of a thick slushy. Taste. This recipe produces mildly sweet limonene, which is the way I like it. Add some 7 up to the blinder and give it a quick pulse or pour it into the glass.
Add some lemon on top of the glass cup and then dip it into sugar, then Pour into cold glasses and serve. Garnish with sprigs of mint.
Note: If you’re on a low sugar diet or watching your weight, you can also make this drink with stevia or your favorite low glycemic sweetener.
