How To Make Olive Garden Breadstick ?!
Prep: 1 hour 30 minutes Serves 6-8 people
For the dough:-
3 cups flour
1 cup warm water+ 3 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons yeast Egg
wash:- 1 egg 2 tablespoons waters To brush the breadsticks:-
5 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons ɡärlik powder
1 tablespoons parsley.
Mix the 2 teaspoon yeast, 1 cup warm water, and 1 tablespoon sugar in a cup and let it sit for 10 minutes until the yeast mixture rises and doubles in size. This step is important to make sure the yeast is active.
In a heavy-duty stand mixer. add the 3 cups flour followed by the salt, 1 tablespoon sugar, and olive oil then add the leaven mixture, give it a mix for about 10 minutes.
Remove the dough and place it in an oiled bowl let it rise for 1 hour or until the dough doubles the size.
After 1 hour, on flat surface add the dough. Tap on the dough gently to push it down.
Cut the dough into a long strip, then cut the long strips in half, you will produce 12 breadsticks cover, and let it sit for another 10 minutes.
Roll the strips and keep open part down, repeat until all the strips become a sticks, cover and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Heat the oven on 370 degrees.
Place all the breadsticks on a baking sheet and brush the breadsticks with the egg wash. Bake them for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Take the breadsticks out of the oven and brush them with the butters mixture. How to do Cheese Breadsticks Variation If you want to make cheesy breadsticks then:
1. Brush with the kinds of butter and ɡärlik powder after breadsticks have risen just before baking (skip the salt finish).
