One pot beef stew and vegetables so easy and very quick to cook, and the most important thing that is so delicious.
If you opened your fridge and you found that you have a lot of vegetables you don’t know what to do with it, just make this one-pot beef stew and vegetables it’s so tasty. You only need beef of your choice and a lot of vegetables.
You can eat it with rice or bread. I serve it with aside of my cheddar broccoli soup, and garlic bread.
How to make an easy One Pot Beef Stew And Vegetables Recipe?
Servings For : 2 – 4 People Prep Time : 40 Minutes
- Beef stew ( you can use any kind of meat you like lamb or beef-as steak or chunks)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 peeled and cut potato
- 3 sticks carrots (I use red-orange and yellow )
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1/2 cup green peans
- 1 small onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tomato
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1-2 cups water
- The spices ( 2 tablespoons salt, black pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and all spices)
Cut and trim your meat to a bite-size. Cut all your vegetables the way you like I prefer a small size.
On high heat add 2 tablespoons olive oil to the pot then add the meat, give it a good color then add the onion and garlic, mix it well, then start adding the rest of the vegetables. Give it a good mix.
Add your seasoning salt black pepper, onion and garlic powder, all spices, and 1 tablespoon tomato paste, then add 1-2 cups water give it a mix then lower the heat and cover the pot and let it cook for 30 minutes.
This step is optional;-
I like to pour my meat and vegetable mixture into a Dutch oven dish and cover it with puff pastry dough. And bake it at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
