Oreo Bites are an easy no-bake treat made with from 3 simple ingredients, Oreo Bites are a favorite Christmas or anytime treat! With Valentine’s Day almost here, that’s a great idea for dessert Oreo bites are fun, easy to make ,kids can help us too they will have so much fun. If you are an Oreo cookie fan, you are going to LOVE these easy Oreo Bites.

Servings for: 2 – 4 Prep Time: 15 Minutes

1 package Oreos, any flavor, Double Stuff works too

1 8-oz package cream cheese

Good quality chocolate for dipping.

Any topping

Place the cookies in a food processor and pulse until you have small cookie crumbs.

Make sure your cream cheese is soft. If it is too cold, it won’t mix into the Oreo crumbs easily.

To the food processor add the cheese and combine the Oreo crumbs and cream cheese together.

Roll the Oreo cream cheese into small balls and place on a baking sheet with wax paper.

Freeze the balls for 10minutes. You MUST freeze them so you can dip them in chocolate. If you don’t, you will have a mess.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave for about 20 second or Until the chocolate melted.

Dip the balls into the melted chocolate, making sure the balls are completely covered. I like to use a fork to lift them out of the chocolate, then I shake from side to side to remove the excess chocolate.

Place the Oreo balls back on the lined baking sheet or tray.

When they are all dipped and decorated, place the baking sheet or tray in the refrigerator and chill for at least an hour. ( in this recipe I made my Oreo bites or Oreo ball in a different shape using my silicone ice cubes shape).

*For Valentine’s Day absolutely you can use a silicone heart shape*
