How to Make Pan Fried Tilapia within 15 Minutes only?

Pan Fried Tilapia Recipe
Servings For : 2 – 3 People Prep Time : 15 Minutes

INGREDIENTS:-

3 tilapia filets

1 cup all-purpose

flour 1 tablespoons

garlic powder 1/2 teaspoons

ground cumin 1/2 teaspoons

chili powder 1/2 tablespoons

paprika 1/2 tablespoons

Kosher salt 1/2 tablespoons

black pepper

2 fresh garlic Parsley for serving For the Middle Eastern (Palestinian ) salad:

1 chopped cucumber

1 chopped tomato

1/2 jalapeño

onion 1 small

1 cloves garlic

1 lemon Salt to taste

3 tablespoons tahini

1 tablespoons Olive oil

You need to chop all the ingredients and place them together on a plate add lemon juice, salt, and tahini top with olive oil.

I always made my tahini sauce on the side It’s 2 tahini 1/2 lemon juice salt and 3-4 tablespoons water. Mix all together then add some chopped parsley.

And nothing goes wrong with some Asparagus, in a pan add some olive oil with butter add your asparagus add some salt and garlic cook it for5 minutes, and then add some lemon juice.

DIRECTIONS:-

Step 1:-

Defrost your fish fillets in a bowl of cold water for 20-30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator.

Step 2:-

Pat dry your defrosted tilapia fillet (to absorb moisture that may cause your grease to splatter

Step 3:-

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and cumin. Whisk to combine

Step 4:-

For more flavor season the tilapia filets with salt and black pepper paprika garlic w, then dip each tilapia in flour mixture, shaking off any excess flour. Place on a clean plate.

Step 5;-

In a large, nonstick skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add the tilapia and cook 3 to 4 minutes per side, until the crust is golden and the fish flakes easily with a fork. Repeat with remaining filets. If you have more than 3.

Step 6:-

Squeeze the juice of one lime over fish add the fresh garlic and the chopped parsley in a pan and let fish continue to cook for 2-3 minutes or cooked through and opaque and flaky.

NOTE:-

Keep in mind to NOT overcrowd the pan, if your nonstick skillet is on the smaller side, cook the tilapia in batches.
