1 pound Tricolor rotini pasta
2 cups cherry tomatoes, diced
2-3 sticks celery �1 green bell pepper, chopped �1 red bell pepper, diced �½ yellow bell pepper, chopped �1 can black olives, chopped
1/2 cup feta cheese
1/2 cup pepper jack cheese chopped
For the dressing:- 1 bottle Italian-style salad dressing, or make your own :-��2 tablespoons dried basil�2 tablespoons dried oregano�1 tablespoons dried rosemary�2 tablespoons dried parsley�1 tablespoon dried thyme�1 tablespoon red chili flakes�1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup olive oil
Step 1 :-
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta , then rinse under cold water and drain.
Whisk together the salad mix and Italian dressing.
In a salad bowl, combine the pasta, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers and olives, and the rest of the ingredients, Pour dressing over salad, toss and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
