Philly cheesesteak delicious and easy to make for this recipe You can use a ribeye steak but I’m using a bottom RND steak slice, with melted gooey provolone, and caramelized onions and bell pepper you can add some mushroom too. on top of fresh bread. This is the classic way to make a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich!

PHILLY CHEESESTEAK INGREDIENTS:-
- 2 teaspoons Black pepper or to taste
- Slices of steak (or ribeye steak cut to thin slices)
- 1 sweet onion (large), diced
- 4-6 slices provolone cheese mild
- 1 green bell pepper
- 2 rolls of bread
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
PHILLY CHEESESTEAK Directions:-
Dice onions and slices the green bell pepper, and cut the steak into thin slices.
Add 1 Tablespoon oil to your pan/cooktop and sautee diced onions until caramelized then transfer to a bowl, Then add the green bell pepper and sautée for minutes.
Increase to high heat and add 1 Tablespoons oil. Spread the super thinly sliced steak in an even layer. Let brown for a couple of minutes undisturbed then flip and season with 1/2 teaspoons salt and 1/2 teaspoons black pepper. Sautee until the steak is fully cooked through then add back the caramelized onions and bell pepper stir together.
Divide into 2 even portions and top each with 1 slice of cheese and turn off the heat so the cheese will melt without overcooking the meat. Step 5:- Slice the rolls 3/4 of the way through then add the Mayo then top with Philly Cheesesteak mixture.
• now you can toast it , or place it in the oven for just couple minutes.
