This baked potato is absolutely delicious so crispy on the outside soft and tender on the inside, you can make this baked potato next to barbecue or steak and the perfect side dish on special occasions. It’s so easy to make, just with few ingredients potatoes garlic and rosemary.

Servings For : 2-4 People Prep Time : 30 Minutes

INGREDIENTS:-

Yellow or red potato

2 cloves garlic

Fresh or dry Rosemary

Salt 1 tablespoons

1 tablespoons black pepper

paprika 1 tablespoons

1/2 tablespoons garlic powder

1/2 tablespoons Italian seasoning

1/3 cup olive oil

DIRECTIONS:-

How to make this incredible potato?

Step 1:-

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2:-

Wash the potatos.

Step 3:-

Meanwhile, In a large pot of boiling water, cook potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes; drain well.

Step 4:-

Place potatoes on baking sheet Using the bottom of your cup. carefully smash the potatoes until flattened but still in one piece. Top.

Step 5:-

Mix oil salt pepper and garlic with fresh or dry rosemary and Italian seasoning, sprinkle the potato with the mixture then place it in the oven.
