All you need for a delicious steak is a good quality steak There’s so many options for steak as Ribeye, Porterhouse, T-Bone , Tenderloin, New York Strip. FOR THIS Recipe I’m using ribeye steak. SOME people like the steak with simple ingredients like salt and pepper but for me and my family I find out that the steak taste better with this ingredients. The summertime is the perfect time for grilling, but you can make this steak also on skillet in the kitchen.

How To make steakhouse style ribeye ? THE FIRST RULE OF STEAK HOUSE – WHAT KIND OF STEAK SHOULD I GRILL.

Third rule NEVER EVER CUT THE STEAK to see if it is done. Always use tongs to turn your steak.

INGREDIENTS:-

Grilled Ribeye Steak INGREDIENTS

3 ribeye steak , at room temperature.

1/2 lemon juice

2 tablespoons salt

1 tablespoons black pepper

garlic powder 1 tablespoons

onion powder 1 tablespoons

1 tablespoons steak seasoning

paprika 1/2 tablespoons

1/2 tablespoons meat seasoning

1/2 tablespoons cardamom powder

3 tablespoons olive oil Fresh rosemary

3 garlic cloves smashed

DIRECTIONS:-

Step 1:-

Using paper towels, pat both sides of the steak dry.

Step 2:-

I chopped some of the fat on the side to make it less fat.

Step 3:-

I add all the spices to the steak, black pepper salt onion powder garlic powder, paprika steak seasoning, I give it a really good mix.

Step 4:-

Add the olive oil and the lemon juice to steak, chopped some rosemary and add it to steak. • Place your steak in the fridge for about 1 hours or you can use right away. • The more you leave the stake in the fridge the more you can find it tasty.

Step 5:-

Is the grilling, place the steak at the hottest part of the grill , directly above the coals, and let it sear for two to three minutes, then flip the steak and sear the other side for two to three minutes.

Step 6:-

After the steak is properly seared, if it’s not finished, move it to the warm side of the grate (not directly over the coals), close the lid and continue to cook the steak until ready.

Step 7:-

Using a digital instant-read meat thermometer, check the temperature of the steak while it’s still on the grill. Grill the steak to your desired taste: 130°F for rare, 135°F medium-rare, 145°F medium, 150°F medium well and 160°F for well done. Keep in mind that the steak will continue to cook a few degrees more when it’s removed from the grill.

Finally:-

After removing the steak from the grill, place on a cutting board, loosely cover it with aluminum foil, and allow it to “rest” for five minutes (the temperature will continue to rise a few degrees while the juices redistribute into the meat).

You have so many dishes you can serve it with steak Rice , mashed potatoes, baked potato, corn or vegetables.
