How to make Roasted chicken and vegetable Recipe?

Roasted Chicken INGREDIENTS:-
1 whole chicken
1 chopped onion
1/2 cup green peas
1/2 cup green peans
1 zucchini Mushroom Tomato
2-3 chopped potatoes
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons black pepper
paprika 1 tablespoons
onion powder 1 tablespoons
1 tablespoons garlic powder
sumac 1 tablespoons
1 tablespoons Italian seasoning
3 tablespoons olive oil
Heat the oven on 350 degrees.
Wash and clean the chicken with cold water, then drain it, Pat to dry with kitchen paper.
Chopped all the vegetables to medium size, in a large bowl, add the chopped onion, chopped potato, carrots, green peans, zucchini, mushroom, tomato, and green peas.
Add the olive oil on top of the vegetables and half the spice mixture, then give it a good mix.
Add the other half spice mixture to the chicken. Add more if you need.
Heat the oven on 400 degrees.
In your baking dish or roasting dish add the chicken in the middle of the dish, then add all the vegetables around it.
Cover your baking dish with aluminum foil, and place it in the preheated oven, bake it for 1 1/2 hour. Or until the chicken tender. You can serve it with a side of rice.
You can make this recipe with chicken tenders or chicken breast and cut the chicken breast into pieces. Then you will need only 20 minutes to make it.
Remove the aluminum foil and let it bake for another 10 minutes until chicken golden brown.
