Roasted Chicken It’s so quick to make delicious and healthy loaded with vegetables and have some much flavor.
Servings for: 2-4 Prep Time: 2 Hours
1 whole chicken
salt 1 tablespoons
black pepper 1 tablespoons
paprika 1 tablespoons
1/2 tablespoons garlic powder
1/2 tablespoons onion powder
1/3 teaspoons ground cardamom
1/2 teaspoons sumac
1 bag sazon Goya seasoning
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoons barbecue sauce
For the vegetables on the side
You do not need to have the same vegetables that I’m using, you add the vegetables that you would like to eat.
In Roasted Chicken recipe I added to my chicken:-
Green beans 1 bag about 16 oz
Carrots 1 bag about 16 oz
1/2 bag about 8 oz Corn
1 Red Bell Pepper
2 Green zucchini
Season the vegetables with the same ingredients that u seasoned the chicken with.
Preheat the oven on 400 degrees.
Remove the chicken giblets. Rinse the chicken inside and outside . Remove any excess fat.
Cut the vegetables to medium size.
Season the chicken and vegetables with all the above ingredients, place the vegetables in a large Roasting pan then add the chicken on top cover and cook for 1 1/2 hours, or until you can cut between a leg and thigh.
