This easy shrimp Alfredo pasta recipe is the perfect fast weeknight dinner that’s tasty enough for company! With pasta with amazing creamy garlic sauce.
Alfredo sauce (butter, cream, and parmesan), shouldn’t be complicated to make, but I find that achieving the right sauce thickness is what really matters. You don’t want it too thick… or too thin.

Shrimp Alfredo ingredients
Shrimp (I used frozen 31-40 count per pound size shrimp. You could use smaller or large )
6 tablespoons Butter
2-3 cups Heavy cream
Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup
1/2 green Bell pepper
1/2 red bell pepper
1 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoons black pepper
paprika 1/2 tablespoons
onion powder 1/2 tablespoons
garlic powder 1/2 tablespoons
How to make shrimp Alfredo
Cook your pasta. Set aside.
In a pan on medium heat Add 3 tablespoons butter let it melt then add the garlic Cook it for 1 minute.
Add the heavy cream to garlic the and 1/2 cup pasta water, with 1 bouillon chicken cubes give it good flavor, add the parmesan cheese and let it bubble for about a minute; Let it sit aside.
In another pan on medium heat add the other 3 tablespoons of butter let it melt then add the shrimp season the shrimp with 1 tablespoons salt, 1 tablespoons black pepper, 1/2 tablespoon paprika 1/2 tablespoons onion powder and garlic powder 1/2 tablespoons cook on both sides 3-4 minutes for each side.
Add your Alfredo mixture to the shrimp let it cook together for about 5 minutes, add pasta then give it a good stir.
You always can add more seasoning if you need. You can add more vegetables if u like but I found this combo is amazing.
