Servings for: 4-6 Prep Time: 20 Minutes

INGREDIENTS:-

(For the steak)

flat steak 1 pound

1 tablespoons salt

1 tablespoons black pepper

paprika 1 tablespoons

garlic powder 1 tablespoons

1 tablespoons onion powder

Marinate steak with fresh ground black pepper and salt, and the rest of the day ingredients. Then set aside.

(For the filling)

half green bell pepper

1/2 red bell pepper

1/2 yellow bell pepper

Cut the bell pepper to slices about 1/2 inch.

(To make the creamy mushroom Sauce)

2-3 Fresh chopped garlic

2 cups Mushroom I used baby Bella mushrooms. Any type of mushrooms works perfectly.

Heavy Whipping Cream – If you don’t have heavy whipping cream, you can use half and half.

Salt and pepper to taste

4 tablespoons olive oil

DIRECTIONS:-

Step 1:-

After you season your steak fill the steak with the mix pepper and roll it to the end.

Step 2:-

In a pan Heat 3 tablespoons olive oil or more., then add the steak slowly, fry the steak on both side for about 3 minutes on each side then add the garlic let it cook for 1 minute, then remove the steak to a plate and set aside.

Step 3:-

Add 1 more tablespoons olive oil to the same pan then add the mushroom cook for 2-3 minutes then add heavy cream add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4:-

Return the steak to the sauce and let it cook for about 10-12 minutes .

You can serve it with white rice or pasta
