Stuffed Whole Chicken Recipe, This roasted chicken with stuffing, it’s delicious, and amazing for a group of people.

This whole roasted stuffed chicken is on its way to becoming one of our favorite recipes ever! It has extremely crispy skin, moist juicy flesh, and wonderfully well-balanced and interesting flavors.

How to make Stuffed Whole Chicken With Rice?

Servings For : 2-4 People Prep Time : 2 Hour

INGREDIENTS:-

chopped onion

1-1/2 teaspoons olive oil

1/2 cup rice

boiling water 1 cup

1 whole chicken ( about 3 lbs)

salt 1 tablespoons

black pepper 1 tablespoons

1/2 teaspoons all spices

1/3 teaspoons cinnamon

For seasoning the chicken:-

salt 1 tablespoons

black pepper 1 tablespoons

paprika 1 tablespoons

ginger powder 1/2 tablespoons

1/2 lemon juice

1/2 tablespoons olive oil Mix all the ingredients together then add them to the chicken from the inside and outside.

DIRECTIONS:-

Step 1:-

In a small skillet, saute onion in olive oil until crisp-tender, then add the 1/2 cup rice, salt, black pepper, all spices, and the cinnamon, give it a good mix.

Step 2:-

Add 1 cup boiling water then cover your skillet until the rice halfway cooked, then let it sit aside until cook down.

Step 3:-

Stuff chicken. With the rice, Tie drumsticks together with kitchen string if desired. Place breast side up on a roasting pan.

Step 4:-

Cover the pan with aluminum foil, Bake, at 375° for 1-to 1-1/2 hours or until juices run clear and a thermometer reads 180° for chicken and 165° for stuffing. Uncover and continue baking for 10 minutes or until golden brown, let it stand 10 before serving and removing stuffing. I serve my roasted chicken with ouzi rice. Or white rice.
