Loaded Nachos are the best snack, they’re perfect for a party, an easy dinner or a midnight snack! Nachos are Mexican appetizer. I use beef in this nachos recipe which is delicious, you can use chicken, turkeys or only vegetables.
Servings for: 4 – 6 Prep Time: 15 Minutes
FOR THE NACHOS
1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
1/2pound ground beef
1 large bag tortilla chips
1 cup shredded cheddar
3 tablespoons milk
1 large tomato, diced
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
black olives 1/4 cup
Sour cream, pickled jalapeños Hot sauce, for drizzling
For the cheddar cheese sauce:- add 1 cup cheddar cheese with 3 tablespoons milk heat on medium tell the cheese melt.
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add onion and cook until soft, 5 minutes, then add ground beef and cook until no longer pink, 6 minutes more. Drain fat.
In a large sheet add the tortilla chips top with the meat then add all the toppings ingredients, then drizzle with the cheesy sauce.
